Wire tension meter pointer type, narrow head suitable for use in small spaces
A wire tensiometer with a special mechanical structure of a small measuring head, suitable for situations where access space is limited or thin wires are closely arranged. Handheld tensiometers are mainly used in the textile industry or thin wire industry. The wire tensiometer has a turned-up outer frame edge , convenient for threading.
Features
6 Tension ranges from 10 - 50 cN to 200 - 2000 cN
AnchorSpecial mechanical tension meter with small measuring head, where access space is limited or where filaments run close together
AnchorHand-held unit mostly used in textil industry or in wire industry for thin wires
Tension meter with turned-up outer finger edges for easy thread
The analog display shows changing and fluctuating tensions fast and enables an optimal process adjustment
Turned-up outer finger edges guide the running filament into the roller grooves
Movable outer guide rollers
Small, ball-bearing mounted, V-grooved guide rollers
Built-in mounting holes permit fixed installation for continuous tension measurement
Special finger support located on the rear side reduces the effort to move the outer roller assembly
Finger Support: We recommend mounting a finger support for higher tension ranges
Standard Features
Everything in operator's view:
- the guide rollers
- the measured material
- the readings
Each instrument is individually calibrated for highest accuracy
41 mm Ø scale Tension meter with rugged aluminium housing
Certificate of Compliance with the order 2.1 according EN 10204 is included
Optionally available: Inspection Certificate 3.1 according EN 10204 with calibration report
※ The dial surface is 90 degrees from the measuring direction ! !
We provide specially designed DXV mechanical tension meter, that gives a more convenient reading for Not easy reading from the standard value!
※ Model DXP with measuring head as small as possible for limited access space.!
Only for textile applications!
With non-rotating ceramic pins for high line speeds up to max. 6000 m/min
Material slip is avoided by small flanges on each side of the pin
