Wire tension sensor-modular digital analog output

The modular fixed wire tension sensor is used in optical fiber, carbon fiber, and situations with limited bending wires. With signal amplification/digital display, it can output signals to PLC or computer, monitor the wire tension status at any time, and maintain the uniformity of the production quality.

Large, smooth running guide rollers for minimized material deflection with 32 mm groove Ø

TSF：6 Tension ranges available from 0 - 50 cN up to 0 - 5000 cN
Large, smooth running guide rollers with 70 mm groove diameter for minimized material deflection.
The outer rollers can be moved downward, in case of non-measurements

Stationary electronic tension sensor for measuring sensitive materials as optical fibres, technical fibres etc. Tension meter for quick and easy mounting.

Large bending radius for gentle handling of sensitive material by using smooth running, V-grooved guide rollers, ball-bearing mounted
