Automatic Spring Tester
A precision automatic spring tester that can perform compression/tension spring load testing. It has an inching shuttle wheel that can be used to manually turn the inner and outer shuttle wheels to operate the spring test. It is more flexible than traditional button control and has a user-friendly display screen to guide settings. Automatic calculation of spring k value, statistical function.

The test results can be grasped by a glance real time during test is under execution.
Monitor display can be switched into Japanese /English /Chinese Versions at any time by key operation.

Operation panel is devised with the color and distribution just good for each function so that the input of setting and situation of each device can be easily understood.
This well considered design may help the operator to learn the handling of keys easily and prevent operation errors.
By turning Jog Dial (outside), the test speed can be easily changed from Low to High,
and the Shuttle Dial (inside) can control the transferring distance precisely.
Suitable for AC100~120V or 220~240V input power supply.
Equipped with USB connector terminal for high-speed data communication.
Length and deflection of a spring can be measured by setting the load is possible. (standard equipment of the S model).
It can be equipped with a composite measurement model to use the composite test function of load and deflection measurement in one test.
